Shock your system-
With a drop set at the end of your scheduled set/rep scheme. If you worked up to 200 lbs on bench, for example, drop to 100 lbs (50%) and do a set to failure as a last set. Be prepared for extra recovery time needed for whatever muscle group you decide to try this on.

Switch up-
Your creatines and proteins occasionally for better results. Remember to use a serving of creatine after your workout and follow it with a protein shake of at least 30-60 grams. This will maximize recuperation and overall results in muscle growth and repairs.

Egg-sactly!
It has been proven that eggs do not increase harmful cholesterol levels in the blood stream. Eggs are a great source of quality protein and nutrition. If you are still a bit shaky about the cholesterol thing, just add 1 or 2 yokes for every 6-8 egg whites and add lecithin to your supplement intake.

Want bigger arms and chest? How ‘bout a bigger bench press?
Start squatting!!! Legs are the key to growth and strength for the upper and lower body. Conversely, doing lots of chest and arms will doing nothing for your legs. What about leg press, leg curls, hack squats, etc.? These are for bodybuilding to refine and define, but not for overall gains. Only squats generate the capacity for optimum growth and strength.

Ever hurt-
Your shoulder? Most of us have at one time or another while weight training. Sharp pains (very specific) might indicate a tear of some sort. Always apply ice as soon as possible and rest the area. Do not try to stretch the injured area as that might cause more damage. See a professional as soon as possible, especially if you think something is torn.
